Best place for overnight stay, 5 minutes drive to the airport. Spacious rooms, service oriented staff, good breakfast….

My flight was canceled and I received a two night accommodation in this hotel. It was genuinely the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel provided us with meals and bus tickets. The staff was incredible, they were so kind, understanding and generous! Dominic at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out, and the bartender Nashir was so friendly and kind to us.

I’m arriving here after my scheduled flight is cancel, very good people work here and nice room it’s perfect. Very good restaurant.

Even though I spent two nights here due to two flight cancellations, my stay in this hotel was pleasant. Comfortable, clean, good food and frendly staff.

Vegas in Switzerland ... could be Caesars or the Sands. American style hotel in the middle of airport landscape. Only place to stop if you need an airport hotel (the rest of the places around it are very iffy)

It doesn't deserve any star. We had to stay there cause our flight has been cancelled. The airport has sent the passengers there. Everything was fine until dinner time. They told us that dinner and breakfast are included. So they kept us waiting until 19:00 for dinner. The dinner was horrendous, disgusting. There were just rice(zero salt), raw chicken, bread and water. Their answer was your airline has paid 20frank for each person and this is your meal. The other guests were having good food in front of us. But they have seperated us from them and treated like 2nd class person. When we try to tell them this is not true, their behaviour was rude. They even tried to kicked out a woman who is among us !!! They take money from the airlines but they don't serve us as the way they serve their own guests. They insult Turkish Airlines and Pegasus. I am going to report all you said to our airlines. You use people's hard time for your benefits.

really difficult to reach the tv hdmi port in some rooms, good sauna & gym, 2 bus stops from the airport, not sure what to rate it cause they keep changing the prices too much (it's great value for 100CHF/night, not so great for 150 CHF)

Brilliant place in basel, the staff are very good at what they do from front desk to the bar person.
