ABC Hotel

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to both the train station and Altstadt. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. The room was quiet and extremely well appointed with everything any traveller could need. The attention to detail & the quality of the fittings was excellent. The linens were absolutely top & the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive and the coffee good. This is a definite place to stay again.

Great stay. Clean rooms ours had a balcony with view of backstreet but that meant it was quiet. Situated by train station. Fabio who greeted us on arrival and checkout recommended an amazing restaurant and was so lovely and helpful. We would def return. Breakfast was Normal fare expected in continental hotel all good . Chur was stunning

Very nice hotel and staff. Breakfast had plenty of variety of unique teas I had never seen anywhere else....tea with fennel seed is the best. I wish I had grabbed some for the road...and the hand wash was also one of a kind I had never seen before...I understand they sell this stuff at the reception ????

Our accommodation was found exactly as booked. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and transportation.
I would like to particularly mention the outstanding service and hospitality shown to us by the front desk team. Fabio was professional and friendly and exceeded our expectation by anticipating our needs. His warm welcome and conversation led to his offering to assist us with information and directions to ensure we made it to our family activity in a timely manner. We are very grateful for his assistance.
In addition, on each occasion we interacted with the lodging and food and beverage teams, the level of service and hospitality was superior. Thank you for ensuring our stay in Chur was so enjoyable!

Nice hotel, convenient location, good breakfast. Highlight is Air-conditioning. And very nice soap / shower gel. The Toblarone on the pillow was a cute detail. Can be noisy from outside until 11pm, but the kids go home when the McDonald's closes - no big deal. If the windows are closed you can't really hear it.

ABC Swiss Quality Hotel was a great place to stay in Chur Switzerland. An easy walk from the train station and very close to old town to see the sights. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is located just steps away from the train station where you board the Bernini Express making it so convenient for an early morning departure. Still had time to enjoy the excellent breakfast buffet before walking over. It is quiet, the rooms large with lovely views and adjacent to numerous cafes and shops if you are staying in town for awhile. Service was exceptional - even though many guests were checking in and out at the same time, the staff was always prompt and helpful in every way.

We travelled as a group of 20 people and we thought this hotel was perfect! Great location right next to the train station, brilliant breakfast and staff at breakfast were also great. Our biggest thanks to the lovely Elias on reception, a true credit to your company, nothing was too much trouble, he answered all of my many questions with ease and assisted me with a couple of phone calls to the local restaurants we had booked. I had a particular guest that was really struggling to walk and we discussed the use of a wheelchair for the day which was a great help to both the client and our group. Once again Thank You Hotel ABC, we will be using you again on our next trip!
