Dr. Ragetti is an extraordinarily competent and friendly doctor. I came in with extreme belly pain and he took care of it right away. Keep up the hard work.

I recently experienced an eye injury and was extremely worried about the worst case scenario. When I visited the medical facility, I was forced to wait for almost three hours before I was seen. Please improve that. However, I can confidently say that the wait was worth it. Dr. Raggeti gave me exceptional and specialized attention that helped me feel at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. His professionalism and knowledge were remarkable, and he successfully cured my eye injury, i am fine now. Truly grateful for the care and the outstanding work.

As an American, it felt odd to go to a random medical office in a train station. As a heart patient with a chest cold, I was feeling anxious. Well, Dr. Ragetti was an extremely patient, compassionate, and excellent listener, and he immediately put me at ease. He explained every medication (which was both prescribed and delivered during the appointment) and test (blood test, X-ray)in detail and with patience. Also, he responded to my email follow up questions (again, with careful and thorough detail) the day before we needed to fly back to the US. I heard back from Dr Ragetti before I heard back from my doctor in the US! This is an unheard of level of communication in my extensive medical care history. I recommend with zero hesitation.

Excellent! I expected I would have to wait at least 3 hours but I couldn’t even sit in the waiting room, I was attended immediately by Dr Lyritsi Eirini. She is very professional and very friendly. They were happy to speak to me in English which I really appreciated since I don’t speak a lot of German

Excellent and attentive care. Saw me at 20:00 on a Saturday when everything else would have been closed. Everyone was kind and courteous. Wait times to be expected for arriving without appointments. Thank you for your time and treatment.

The way my mother was treated today by the doctor was awful!! She has called me crying after the doctor was shouting at her for not understand something!!

Shame on this doctor!! She had red nails, white blouse and was asian!!

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was seen to by Doctor Albrecht, she was very good, if I have an issue I'll be back to see her. The facility is clean and in a great spot. Only snag is that it is very busy. You must be willing to wait a long time to see a doctor. I waited around 2 hours. But the service was worth it.

Although the wait was long (2 hours), Dr Eirini Lyritsi was excellent and gave me the appropriate attention to the health problem that I had.5stars for the doctor⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
