I went with my 8 year old son to buy him a trolley. The store was almost empty and l waited next to the till for someone to approach me. I eventually found a woman who worked there and she said to keep waiting at the till for the guy who worked there. 10 minutes later l walked out without being served. I will never be back. I’ll go somewhere where the staff want to sell me something and actually make an effort.

Best golf shop in Basel. Great service and selection of products. The simulator bays are great to get a thorough fitting done by the knowledgeable staff. The putting area is also great to try out their big selection of putters.
