Impeccable reception, also very good salesmanship on behalf of the lady who accompanied me on my road test, even though she didn't seem to have spent too many years in the business. I'm only taking off a star because it took them some time to finally attend to me after the initial reception. Also, the iPads in the waiting area weren't functioning (which is minor, of course)! The staff seemed to have been trained to deal with clientele very nicely, which is not always the case for other dealerships that sell similar cars in terms of standing (see my other reviews of car dealerships in Geneva).
One thing that bothered me was the fact that they seemed to have all my coordinates already, including phone number, address and e-mail. When asked, the saleslady responded that they probably shared their customer database with other dealerships, which leaves me a bit dumbfounded. After all, those other dealerships are competition, so to speak. I talked with a representative at Mercedes, and she denied sharing their customer database with other brands.
Anyway, a great place to buy a car! Highly recommended.
