I think we didn't visit the same place when I see all the negative reviews.
We visited today with two kids 7 and 9 and spent the whole day there, it was very interesting and entertaining with all the workshops in the sciencity, of course you shouldn't hurry through it and take the time to read or play with the various installations. The boat simulator, science experiments and all the scenes are great.
Some of them are not working it's true but it's not much and is always the same in any place of this type some attractions need maintenance.
The place is very relaxing, you find coffee and there's a Denner for a cheap lunch. Restaurants and bar also available and to be honest it's very pleasant to be in such a beautiful place. The building is very nice and it's definitely a very welcome modern place in Western Switzerland. I certainly recommend it for young kids.
Also the staff are very nice, smiling and welcoming.

We liked it a lot, visites with kids from 1 to 10. They played hours in the playingroom with different designs and settings, especially cool were the téléphérique and the mine. Also the technical exhibition is cool and interaktive. A little coffee shop downstairs and lovely sitting area, as missed lunch time we got some snacks from Denner downstairs. Fun afternoon

Fun place for kids, added benefit is that the parents get to drink and visit the grocery store. Tries to do a lot. Popcorn smells good tho.

Very nice building and the idea of kids city and science city is very good, but so many things were broken! There was only one egg for the whole chicken house. The concept needs to be reevaluated and improved (especially for the science city which alone is more like two stars). The staff in the restaurant is great. Food is pretty good too. Atmosphere is nice. The playground outside is the unfortunately a bit small. We will probably not go again.

The idea and the content are great. Although, indeed, many things are broken, there is enough working to entertain and teach the kids

Paid 70 Chf for three kids and an adult. For that hefty price, I expect that I do *not* encounter 50% of the exhibits broken or altogether missing. Will not come again.

Not finished. Many signs were missing and interactive displays were not working. Areas without lights. And no solution in the bubble area. Exposed electrical cords in one of the children areas. Seems like they opened too early.

I already came a few months ago and it was really great.
Unfortunately the exhibits are very badly maintained and today a lot of things were broken or missing.
Really a pity.
