Best Optometric experience. The service was great, staff was friendly and welcoming. Jacqueline was very knowledgeable, explains medical concepts well and also enjoyed explaining all eye related questions or curiosities. Highly recommended!!

Sehfelder Optik was referred to us by my son’s eye specialist and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and service. This optical boutique has a wide range of children frames compared to others as well. Ms Jacqueline has been really helpful and attentive to our son who needed a new pair of MyoSmart lens. She also offered advice and follow ups to make sure he is adjusting well to his new prescription and frames. Two thumbs up!

Been coming here since 2015. Competent, friendly service and high-quality lens. Especially good in the area of contact lens - they offered training on how to put these on, which can be challeng for first-timers. The store is convenient and easy to find. I also got reading glasses here.

I broke my glass frame and had a spare one so all I needed was someone to change the lenses from one frame to the other. After visiting three opticians, all of who refused to help, and one who was particularly unfriendly for whatever reason , Jacquline Scherrer, working at the Bellview outlet (Zurich) came to my rescue.

Not only did she help, she went out of her way to do so … was kind and made me feel so comfortable and actually smart (she called me creative because I still managed to wear my broken glasses with a makeshift electric tape frame!) .. AND I wasn't charged because it took her no time at all! what?!?!?

.. now THATS what I call service… a respectful and cheerful staff who can create solutions for clients and make them feel good ... even the strange ones!

Eine « fremde » Sonnenbrille zur Reparatur gebracht - wie neu und für einen geschenkten Betrag. Freundlich und ultrakompetent, absolut empfehlenswert!

Nach einem Freak Accident war das Gestell meiner Lieblingsbrille komplett verbogen, meine Befürchtung gross mich nach einem neuen umschauen zu müssen. Aber das Sehfelder Optik-Team hat meine Brille nicht nur gerettet, ich würde fast sagen sie sieht aus wie neu. Ich wurde freundlich und zuvorkommend beraten und dies obwohl ich mir die Brille bei einem anderen Optiker im Ausland habe machen lassen - und obendrein war die Reparatur kostengünstig und schnell - bin begeistert!

Nach dem Kauf einer ganz speziellen Sonnenbrille, kann ich mit gutem Wissen und Gewissen von SEHFELDER behaupten, dass sie mir persönlich mit der exzellenten Beratung und einem hochwertigen Produkt zu einer Sonnenbrille verholfen haben, welche ich nun schon seit Monaten wirklich sehr gerne trage. Ich werde dieses Accessoire erfahrungsgemäss mit Sicherheit noch viele weitere Monate/Jahre mit Freude tragen.

- Freundliche, stilvolle Beratung
- Qualitativ hochwertige Produkte (Qualität ist subjektiv)

Leider kann ich diesen Optiker nicht empfehlen. Ich hatte 2 Situationen, unabhängig voneinander, wo die Arbeit an der Brille nicht zufriedenstellend war. Es war schnell gemacht, aber nicht gut, so dass wir beide Male ein zweites Mal hingehen mussten, um die Brille in einem guten Zustand zu bekommen - vor allem in einer Optik so wie sie zuvor war. Wir liessen beide Male die Brillengläser tauschen. Wer ein Liebhaberstück als Brille hat, dem würde ich eher abraten. Vor allem muss ein Optiker genau arbeiten können und einen ästhetischen Anspruch haben. Der Service und die Kunden -Zuvorkommenheit sollte in dieser Preisklasse sehr hoch sein.
