The food here was great, except it was very pricey for what I feel you may have gotten elsewhere for less. The decor is great and worth the visit, but the service was somewhat lacking. It felt very geared towards tourists and yet seemed to treat tourists as a bother. There were multiple tables inside when I asked for just a solo table, they told me twice they didn't have any. I ended up outside and the waiter was just okay. I hardly saw him, to be honest, but it was busy. The menu is a bit confusing. They have English written very small and hard to see, and when I ordered "Beef with Fondue" it indicated $18... but, I was also charged and later told that the "Fondue" part was an additional $36... at the end of the meal the bill also included a tip, which then I was asked to add an additional tip to the bill... I declined. Ifbthe service deserved a tip, I would decide that and leave it myself, thanks.

Busy place, friendly staff with quick service. Sitting outside was fine as they have warm blankets and the onion soup was delicious and hot with a crispy puff pastry on top! Fondue was tasty as well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Swiss Chuchi a gem that offers an exceptional cheese fondue. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable evening.

The menu at Swiss Chuchi is a fondue lover's dream come true. With a wide variety of cheese and meat, options, there is something to satisfy every palate. The knowledgeable and friendly staff guided us through the menu, ensuring we made the perfect choices for our meal.

The cheese fondue was a true masterpiece. The blend of cheeses was perfectly balanced, resulting in a creamy and flavorful dip that paired beautifully with the assortment of bread, vegetables, and fruits. Each bite was a delight, and we couldn't help but indulge in seconds.

Aside from the exceptional food, the service at Swiss Chuchi was impeccable. Karol the waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready to answer any questions and provide recommendations, making us feel like valued guests throughout the evening.

The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and intimate, with dim lighting and comfortable seating. The attention to detail in the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a romantic date night or a gathering with friends and family.

In conclusion, Swiss Chuchi is a true gem in the world of fondue dining. The exceptional food, outstanding service, and inviting ambiance make it a must-visit for any fondue enthusiast. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable and indulgent dining experience.

Cheese fondue had a nice taste. Light in flavor, didn't feel many spices. The staff was helpful.Place was clean. The seats outside could have been a bit more comfortable .

This is the first fondue I’ve ever had so don’t have any to compare it to. Went with the traditional and steak add on. Steak was good and the bread in the cheese was decent. A fun experience but not sure it’s my favorite meal out there. Nice location, staff and restaurant.

Our first Swiss fondue experience and it was delicious! We had the Adler fondue with the beef, chicken & fruit for dipping. We enjoyed it all! The house white wine was also great. A bit pricey but that is expected in Switzerland... The outdoor dining is on a pedestrian street and the service was very good as well. Bill for 2 was about CHF100 including one beer and one wine. Highly recommend!

Great place to try the Cheese fondue if you haven't already tried. The place is always crowded so make sure to make a reservation if you want a seat inside the restaurant.
