BIGPARK SA

We couldn't be more happy with BIGPARK. We've used them five times or more, as we live in France. Every time they are fast and efficient. The guys are really friendly - they do everything they can to take us to/from as quickly as possible. The parking is not far from Geneva airport - most times it takes less than ten minutes from the carpark to the airport. The car is always is good condition when we get back.

I used big park today and am commenting on today's experience. I lost my reservation and was in panic mode as I was about to leave home I rang them up and they reassured me it was ok and to come anyway. They found my booking straight away and were very helpful quickly took photos of the car. It is actually quicker to use than P26 by the time you have parked and walked to departures. Bigpark took me immediately and I was right by departures within ten minutes so could not have been more easy or efficient. I would just like to add, on my return I was picked up within 10 minutes with my car ready to go. It is a fantastic service.

I've used BigPark for six years now and their parking is the best "off site" service I know. Efficient, speedy and punctual. Add a reasonable price to that and you have the best that Geneva can offer..... plus, the staff are always cheerful and friendly.

Parking was easy, safe, convenient and reasonably priced. The shuttle bus to and from the airport arrived promptly, and our driver was courteous and helpful. I can highly recommend BigPark Grand-Saconnex!

Excellent service. Great value, very convenient to the main Geneva terminal. Friendly team which offers additional services like vehicle valeting or recharge of electric vehicles. I'm a regular user and I highly recommend them!

Very impressed with this company. I arrive with no reservation, the helpful friendly staff helped me make the booking and shuttle me off to the airport within 15mins.
In my return I was a day late due to cancellation this was not an issue. I phoned when I landed and was picked up 10mins later and taken beck to collect my car. Friendly, helpful, efficient and understanding everything I wanted and needed will definitely use BigPark again. Thank you
