I had the business lunch here on my last day in Switzerland. From a Singaporean Chinese perspective, the food is excellent. Really rich flavour but the quantity was too much for me, I couldn’t finish the mains nor desert.

I highly recommend this restaurant - nice surroundings, polite staff and awesome food.

Let's start with the positive, food is very fine, service is top notch and the restaurant itself is nice although a little tight packed. I rate it three stars because there's simply no beer choice, which is just unacceptable for a restaurant of this standing. Only two highly commercial beers, neither that can be rated as good, let's say rather plain. And they are sold, like the rest of the menu, at a very premium price. Common, wake up, there are plenty of tasty local beers, even in Geneva.

The good stuff: I enjoyed the starter of local cheese with figs, which was tasty. In general, the portion sizes are good, and some of the staff were nice people.

The bad stuff: outside of the good starters, the food was not of very good quality, the price quality ratio is off. We had sashimi, tagliatelle. and the burger. The service is really not OK though. Waiting times are too long, staff say they will come in a minute and they just do not show up. At some point, I got up to ask if we could have our drinks, 30 minutes after ordering and I was skillfully ignored by the staff behind the bar. We ordered everything at the same time, we got out starters first, our drinks after, followed by the bread that was part of the starters we finished 5 minutes before. Tables were not cleaned after people left, and although it was not busy for a Friday night, the staff did not seem to be equipped to handle it by any other means than plainly ignoring the customers.

The restaurant is currently closed and dining is in the bar area, which in itself is maybe not amazing but not too much of a bother. It may add to the lack of service though.

I ate here while staying at the hotel. At the moment there is a lovely summer terrace outside which beautifully lit up at night. I tried the Geneva Discovery bowl which is lovely summery Buddha bowl based on local produce. It had a wide variety of ingredients such as burrata cheese, a carrot based hummus and fresh vegatables served with delicious nutty bread. The satay dressing is shaken at the table in a mini cocktail shaker which was a great touch.

Quiet environment with kind and help-full staff. Minestrone was served cold but taste was ok with lack of salt. Main course, I would say was better in summary, but sweet potato mash should have been on the side instead of being beneath the tuna and mixing the taste. A bit pricey on the coat quality index!

The food was outstanding and the service exceptional. It was a wonderful place to enjoy our last meal in Switzerland before heading home. (The pineapple basil sorbetti was *outstanding*!) Special thanks to Nathaniel!!

We have met Jessica at the front disc, she was not helpful, she did not make any sense when she explained why she put us inside. She was changing her words each time we discuss our wish to eat at the window. The discussion was so annoying and not even give a time to her self to understand the idea. We did eat inside and the outdoor area remained free of people all the time although she told us its fully booked.
