The staff were pleasant and helpful but 100 euros for 1 nightis very expensive!!!!?? room 13 m2 ... in Pine trees Apartment Golem Albania 68 m2 ,2 bedrooms + kitchen with all appliances and under pine trees and 50 m from the sea you can get it for 50 euros a night in the peak of the season (August).

The hotel room is decent and cozy. As it is a budget hotel, there is very little space. Microwave and an ironing board are on level 1. The lack of a kettle is very disappointing. If you need your luggage to be held while traveling the day after you check out, a safe luggage room is available. Although it appears to be far, the location is good. Schedules for trams are frequent

I have had a bad experience when entering the parking, front tire of my got cracked due to a big bolt.

Thanks to front desk manager Jamil I got managed to replace entire wheel set. He was very helpful, tried his best to help.

Hotel crew was very kind, gentle. And clean rooms.

I highly recommend the hotel.

The location is not so far from the center of Berna.
The staff really nice and helpful.
Rooms a little bit small and strange to have the maximum number of people 3 for all the rooms when you also have 2 kids but in our case they were nice and understood the situation.

The room is exactly what the pictures on the website say, nothing more nothing less. The pillows where the worst pillows I ever slept on, I didn’t even knew that there existed hotels with bad pillows like this, can’t get over it so night two I went for my own one in the car! The parking is quite expensive, 22€ for one day even if you stay in the hotel? What a joke, thats no service at all but there is no other option so you have to. The staff is really friendly, so thats a +

Clean and modern room with a nice view (if you are on an upper floor). The location is about 30 minutes by foot from the center of Bern, but you are getting a free public transport ticket when checking in. There is a bus station in front of the hotel which is really convenient.

Clean and silent hotel at just few tram station of city center. In less than 15m you can go to main train station.
The staff was really nice. The room was huge and with great view. We were at 10 floor.
This reception is on the other side of main entrance of the novotel.
You can have a special card to use the public transport and i think its a great opportunity to facilitate the use of them for tourism!

i do not like it when the hotel too far to the city and nothing to do around...
