La Fourchette Suisse - EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse

The negativity of the one-star reviews surprises me, as I had an absolutely acceptable experience at La Fourchette Suisse. The prices are reasonable for an airport, and the service was friendly, and even said I could take a seat and delivered my hot sandwich to the table. The view over the airport hall and the nearby Tinguely sculpture make for nice atmosphere. Security is literally one level right below, so there is zero walking time if you want to get a bite to eat before heading to your gate.

The lady serving us put our drinks on an uneven surface so they spilt. She then continued to unprofessionally mutter at us about how she is meant to be closing. She said she would make us pay for one drink and give us the other for free but made us pay for both and then said “I’ll make it when I have time”. Horrible service, will not come back.

Je cite « une salade médiocre pour 12 francs » je suis ruinée à cause de vous mais les serveurs sont assez bien mais l’enbiance est bonne elle permet de mettre des avis négatifs sur Google en rigolant mais bon je suis au chômage maintenant ????????

Alem de serem os preços mais caros a simpatia e serviço dos empregados é péssima. Mal encarados e sem educação. Parece que estão a trabalhar forçados e doentes. Simpatia é nenhuma. Decididamente não são pessoas para o emprego que têm. Tem gente desempregada com mais nivel justos para este serviço.
Não gostei e não volto e aconselho a irem a outro restaurante.

Nette Mitarbeitende, nur leider haben wir 20 Franken für zwei absolut ungeniessbare Mini-Quiches liegen gelassen. Angegraute Schinkenwürfel und ein Geruch wie alte Socken - nein Danke! Ein schlechteres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mir noch nicht untergekommen...

Abgesehen von den überteuerten Preisen am Flughafen, muss ich immer über die Zufriedenheitsknöpfe über den Service schmunzeln. Welchen Service? Ich muss selber mein Getränk an der Bar bestellen, erhalte einen billigen Pappbecher, muss den zum ungeputzten Tisch tragen und am besten noch selber abräumen. Wo ist da der Service?
