I find the location quite ok and organise fine . The sound is not great but the view on the stage is amazing.
Entrance and exit process are done fine. What I did not like is when you have to wait for a beer during a long time (30mn) with only two waiters for 100 people waiting. Not great and actually a bit outrageous

Parking situation is a chaos, make sure you come by public transport or early enough to figure out parking. Very poorly indicated to find your seating (if any). However on the positive side (!) : Lines move fast, not a lot of waiting time for entry, staff is efficient. Regarding the poor indications, staff is available too to help you out if you’re struggling to find by which entrance you should go to. They’re usually by the doors and will indicate rapidly where to go.

Too hot (even the performer said that), not enough ventilation. Seats are uncomfortable. Confusing signage (for the allocation of seats). Only positive, it's not a big venue, you can see the stage pretty well

Great concert place where the stage moves back or forward based on the number of attendies. Sound has been great most of the time but that really depends on the tour sound engineer. Seats are well distributed going up so that no matter how tall the person sitting in front of you is, you can always see clearly.

Great show, seeing Trevor Noah, the entrance area was a tad crowded but inside the views etc were good and the sound was loud and clear

I seen Slipknot here on August 1st and the venue was, in my opinion, fantastic.
It's a small, intimate venue for this type of concert which made it an unforgettable experience. Beer was not overpriced like it is in the city. The staff were friendly. I won't hesitate to come back. ????

The absolute worst experience in a concert hall. The hall itself is ok. But the access is abhorrent: 30 minutes to approach a car park. More than an hour to get out. Avoid at all cost.

Went to see the music concert "Hans Zimmerman vs John Williams". The show was amazing! Finding one's seats at the Arena is... Confusing to say the least. Otherwise it's a great venue.
