Expensive for what you get. I was in a 4 bed female room which became quite cramped when we were all up and getting ready. There were four small lockers in the room you could put valuables in, but I prefer to lock up my whole bag. There was a sink and mirror in the room, and the showers and toilets were right down the hall. There shower pressure was nice and the water temperature was easily controllable. A kitchen was also on our floor that had a kettle and dishes you could use.

You have to pay extra for sheets, which I did not like. This was already one of the more expensive hostels I stayed at (everything in Switzerland is bit more expensive than the rest of Europe). I also did not like the amount of stairs you had to climb just to make it to reception (like 3 flights). But this has a great location at being just about a 10 minute walk from the central bus and train stations.

If you need quick access to trains or buses this is a good hostel, and I would recommend it. But maybe do some price checking with others first!

It's a good place to stay for a couple nights. It's not a hostel that you would like to spend the day there even thought hey have some entertainment board games. The vending machine though serves some good carbonated apple cider. The rooms are clean but sometimes the shared toilets smelled a little. Overall it is worth the money and nice to just sleep there.

The hostel has a good service in the reception but the rooms don't have much power plugs, it had an extension but even so was not enough for all the roommates. The beds are kinda comfortable but not that much stable so when you neighbor rolls on his bed you will feel hear it. A good thing and surprise was the kitchen that was super equiped with everything that we need

This place has amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic. Pleasantly surprised just how good this place was for the price!

If I have to mention some negatives it would be the lack of lights at the beds. It's also quite noisy with the windows open as it's located in the city center. On top of that the floor is incredibly squeaky (Earplugs are provided free of charge). These are just minor things though, I would without a doubt stay here again.

It's clean, two toilets, two showers and one kitchen per floor. Kitchen is decently equipped, could probably use some new cups on floor two! You can use the kitchen on any floor you like though, so cooking food here isn't a problem (You'll probably want to, Zürich is crazy expensive).

Also, you'll probably want to travel with an actual backpack if you're staying here. You have to climb a few stairs to get to the reception and your room! Not an issue unless you have a problem with stairs or a really large and cumbersome suitcase.

I saw some people complain that you have to pay for sheets. You don't, if you bring your own. I had nothing more than a travel liner and that was accepted without hesitation.

All in all a fantastic hostel!

Hostel is ok. Beds are clean, although irritating that you have to rent sheets. No outlets in the bunk beds, just a few throughout the room. The lockers are very small - bring a small lock, and dont expect to fit your backpack in. The rooms are quite small too, but that's to be expected with the pricr. Each floor 1- 4 rooms with I assume 6-8 beds in each. Every floor has a small kitchen and a bathroom with 2 toilet stalls and 2 shower stalls. The washrooms were a bit grungy. Having a kitchen on each floor was great though, especially since food in Zurich is crazy expensive. Don't forget that you can drink the fountain water! The location is great, in the old town a short walk from the train station. I really liked the rooftop patio, it was a nice place to relax when I was exhausted from wandering around. It's small though, but was definitely my favourite part of the hostel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Reception is closed 12 - 3, but if you get there before 12 you can leave your bag until check in and they will leave it in the locked office in a pile of other bags. If you are planning on coming back later though, make sure to take valuables out.

Hostel has a great location. Very reasonably priced relative to other hostels in Zurich. The rooms are well maintained with individual lockers (though they are quite small). Street noise is a concern and you may have to avoid if you are sensitive to noise throughout the night. Otherwise still has good value and I'd consider staying again.

Nice location and good staff are the plus points of the place. Ya clean rooms and wash rooms and a very basic kitchen are provided. Some good features and distinct at that is that they provide power banks for free which is a must. Overall fine. Far from supermarkets which was a big problem for a vegetarian like me.

This hostel is in such a great location! Super close to the main station, in the old town close to lots of bars/restaurants/cafes/shops and it has an awesome roof terrace to chill on. There is a small plaza in front of the hostel that has some nice restaurants where they sometimes have love music. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the girl with the cool tattoos ???? the rooms themselves are pretty small and dated but the beds are comfy - just beware you do have to pay extra for bed linen of CHF3 per night. There are also shared kitchens.
