Really friendly staff and a great location make this an ideal hotel. The rooms are basic but good enough, and the breakfast is pretty decent. Overall it gets a thumbs up from me.

We are two picky travelers who had a great experience and will definitely return and recommend the place to friends. The hospitality was wonderful, even checking us in a couple of hours early with short notice, and with breakfast included it was a great value. The staff was very both friendly and professional, and had positive energy. We were not at all familiar with Zurich, so we were pleasantly surprised to find that the location was in the heart of the old town — perfect for walking and exploring. The room was larger than most boutique hotels and the window AC unit kept the room cold at night, despite the ongoing heat wave. We were very satisfied with our trip and will book here again if we return to Zurich.

Beware of this hotel and their staff. Although it is in a good location, the rooms are claustrophobic and the staff are only there to leave snarky remarks when you want to ask them for help. Definitely a tourist trap for how expensive the rooms are here. Breakfast is also very average, would expect more from a 4 star hotel. Don’t fall for this trap.

Such a great hotel, the rooms looks just like the picture, the are very nice in the reception and the location is just the best of the best. I got the superior room and it was great. The only comment is that they ask you to pay for your eggs at breakfast, other than that everything was fantastic.

We had room 309! It is more than sufficient- there is no central air/heat so the windows stay open- the hotel location is located central and the room captures all the street sounds - not good for a light sleeper like myself! Please consider when booking!

I stayed at this hotel in March 2022, and absolutely loved it. The employees at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. We were able to check in on time. It is a very safe area, with lots of food options nearby, and shopping at a walking distance. Their lounge was beautiful! I will definitely stay here when I return to Zurich.

Nifty boutique hotel in a convenient location in heart of the altstadt, with excellent service and modern rooms. We had top floor family room, as we were in a group of 4. Was somewhat pricey.
